Thermo Casquette
Light, naturally composed. A classic casquette rebuilt in breathable thermo material.
A cotton-polyester blend that balances suppleness with structure. The construction resists heat buildup inside — comfortable for long wear throughout spring, summer, and autumn.
A stretch knit sweatband sits against the forehead, reducing pressure and conforming gently to the shape of the head.
Worn forward or pulled back low — both work naturally in this design. A considered volume balance that doesn't spread too wide. A smart, refined silhouette that carries none of the heaviness typical of a casquette.
Hand-washable and easy to maintain for daily use. Light, clean, and quietly reliable.

Q. Can the size be adjusted? A. There is no adjuster on this model, but the stretch knit sweatband flexes to accommodate a wide range of head sizes comfortably.
Q. Does it work worn backwards? A. Yes — wearing it backwards like a beret is a popular styling option. The knit sweatband holds it securely even when worn at a shallower angle.
Q. Can it be worn in summer? A. Yes. The breathable thermo material keeps things comfortable throughout spring and summer without stuffiness.
Q. How should it be cared for? A. Hand wash gently (press wash) with a mild detergent. After washing, blot with a towel, reshape, and leave to dry away from direct sunlight.

- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Japan Standard Time on business days are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on Japanese public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please contact us after placing your order.
