For both domestic (Japan) and international orders, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
■ Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges (Japan & International)
We accept returns and exchanges if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and includes all original tags and accessories

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us (one-time only)

Exchanges for different products are not accepted
Common reasons for returns or exchanges include:

Size did not fit (too small or too large)

The item looked different from what you expected

■ Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

More than 7 days have passed since delivery

The item has been used, washed, repaired, or altered

Tags or accessories are missing

The item has odors (such as perfume, tobacco, or pets)

Damage or stains occurred while in the customer’s possession

Sale items, outlet items, or items purchased using discount coupons
■ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product,
we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
■ Refunds
Once the returned item arrives and has been inspected,
we will process the cancellation and refund.
