Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ReqHatter, we want you to shop with confidence.

We accept returns and exchanges for both domestic (Japan) and international orders under the following conditions.

Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and includes all original tags and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We will cover the shipping cost for one replacement shipment.
  • Exchanges are available only for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Common reasons for returns or exchanges include:

  • The size does not fit.
  • The item looks different from what you expected.
  • You are unsure whether the product suits you.

Returns & Exchanges We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
  • The item has been worn, washed, repaired, or altered.
  • Original tags or accessories are missing.
  • The item has odors such as perfume, tobacco, or pets.
  • The item has been damaged or stained after delivery.
  • Sale items, outlet items, or items purchased using discount coupons.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will cover all shipping costs related to the return and replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
