Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Req Hatter Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to all users of this service, including registered members (“Users”).

Article 1 – Scope and Modification of These Terms

These Terms apply to all Users in connection with the use of this service.
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior consent from Users by notifying Users through a method we deem appropriate.

Article 3 – Members

A “Member” refers to a person who agrees to these Terms, applies for membership through the prescribed procedure, and is approved by us.

Article 4 – Membership Registration

Applicants must apply for membership via the designated registration page and method specified by us.
We approve membership by sending an order confirmation email.

We may refuse registration if any of the following apply:

  • The applicant has previously violated these Terms and had their membership revoked

  • The application contains false or inaccurate information

  • We otherwise determine that approval is inappropriate

Article 5 – Notification of Changes

Members must promptly notify us of any changes to registered information such as address, name, or phone number.

Article 6 – Suspension or Cancellation of Membership

We may suspend service use or cancel membership without prior notice if a Member:

  • Has previously violated these Terms

  • Fails to fulfill payment obligations

  • Engages in prohibited acts as defined in Article 9

  • Otherwise violates these Terms

Article 7 – Management of Login Information

Members are responsible for managing their registered email address (ID) and password.
Members must not transfer, lend, or disclose their login information to third parties.

Any damages resulting from inadequate management, misuse, or unauthorized use shall be borne by the Member.
If unauthorized use is discovered, the Member must immediately notify us.

Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with submitting payment information such as credit card details and do so at their own responsibility.

Article 8 – Use of User Information

We will not disclose or provide User information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • When the User has given consent

  • When statistical data is provided in a form that does not identify individuals

  • When disclosure is necessary for service operation

Article 9 – Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Providing false registration information

  • Interfering with or disrupting service operation

  • Fraudulent use of credit cards

  • Unauthorized use of login credentials

  • Acts that cause damage or inconvenience to other users, third parties, or us

  • Infringement of copyrights, privacy, or other rights

Article 11 – Purchase of Products

Users may purchase products or services (“Products”) through this service.
Purchase applications must follow the methods specified by us.

A sales contract is deemed concluded once the formal order process is completed, unless payment authorization fails.
We may contact Users by phone to confirm order details if necessary.

For made-to-order products, production begins after order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud or inappropriate conduct.

Article 12 – Payment Methods

Total payment includes product price, applicable taxes, and handling fees.
Payment methods are limited to those approved by us.

For credit card payments, Users must comply with their card issuer’s terms.
Any disputes between Users and card issuers must be resolved between those parties.

Article 13 – Shipping

We ship products within Japan and to selected international destinations.
Available countries, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times vary by region and are displayed on our website under “Shipping Information.”

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Please note that we may be unable to ship to certain regions, including remote or restricted areas.
In such cases, we will contact the customer and may cancel or modify the order accordingly.

Article 14 – Returns and Exchanges

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after completion.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery

  • The item has been used, washed, repaired, or altered

  • Odors, stains, or damage occurred after delivery

  • Tags or accessories are missing

  • The item is a sale, outlet, or discounted product

Return shipping costs are borne by the User.

Article 15 – Disclaimer Regarding Products

Unless otherwise stated, product warranties are limited to those specified by us.
We make no guarantees regarding quality, performance, or suitability beyond stated specifications.

We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the User.

Article 16 – Management of Information
