Payment of Customs Charges

Shipping & Customs Clearance

International orders are shipped using a tracked international shipping service, such as EMS.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay delivery beyond the estimated shipping time.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned because customs duties or import taxes were refused, or because the package was not claimed by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs, customs charges, and any additional fees incurred.
