International orders are shipped using our designated shipping service (such as EMS).
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped using our designated shipping methods. Customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.
Delivery date and time requests are generally not available.
If you require a specific shipping method or delivery date, please contact us before placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate such requests after an order has been placed.
To ensure secure delivery, all orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Estimated delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Damage
Every order is carefully packed before shipment. However, minor scratches or dents to the outer packaging may occur during transit.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After confirming the condition of the item, we will assist you with a return or exchange.
Please note that minor damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the product itself may not be eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
