Shipping Method

Shipping methods are selected by our store, and customers are generally unable to choose the shipping carrier.
Date and time delivery requests are also not accepted as a general rule.

If you require a specific shipping method, delivery date, or time due to special circumstances,
please be sure to contact us before placing your order.
Requests made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated.

Estimated Delivery Time

Damages During Shipping

We take great care to prevent damage to the outer packaging when preparing shipments.
However, once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier,
damage such as dents or scratches may occur during transit due to carrier-related issues.

Minor damage to the outer box that does not affect the use of the product itself
is not eligible for return or exchange.
