Q. How do I measure my head size?
A. Measure around your head approximately 1 cm (0.4 in.) above your eyebrows and just above your ears, keeping the measuring tape level.

Q. I'm between two sizes. Which size should I choose?
A. ReqHatter hats are designed with approximately 5 mm of additional room compared to standard sizing.
If you're unsure between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than sizing up.
Many customers who choose a larger size later find it too loose and request an exchange for a smaller size.
If your hat feels slightly loose, most models include an adjustable inner band that allows you to reduce the size by approximately 2 cm (0.8 in.) for a more comfortable fit.
Q. Can I adjust the size?
A. Yes. Most ReqHatter hats feature an adjustable inner band that allows the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm (0.8 in.).
Please note that the hat cannot be made larger.
Materials & Care
Q. How should I store my hat?
A. Store your hat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity.
To help maintain its shape, we recommend placing tissue paper or other soft filling inside the crown during storage.

Q. How do I clean sweat stains?
A. Gently wipe the inner sweatband with a soft cloth lightly dampened with clean water.
Avoid soaking the hat or using strong detergents.
Choosing the Right Hat

A. Different face shapes suit different hat styles.
As a general guide:
- Long faces → Hats with wider brims
- Round faces → Hats with higher crowns
- Square faces → Softer silhouettes
- Oval faces → Most styles suit well
