Q. What should I do if the hat loses its shape? A. Place a pressing cloth over the hat and gently apply a medium-heat iron. The same method works if the brim becomes warped.
Q. How is the hat packaged? A. We use dedicated packaging materials and carefully box each hat to ensure it arrives in perfect shape.
Q. Will a wool hat make my head feel hot and sweaty? A. Australian wool naturally regulates moisture — it absorbs and releases perspiration, making it more breathable than synthetic materials. Comfortable to wear year-round.
Q. Is it okay if the hat gets wet in the rain? A. Light rain is fine. If it does get wet, gently pat off the moisture with a dry cloth, reshape the hat, and leave it to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Japan Standard Time on business days are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on Japanese public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please contact us after placing your order.
We will be happy to issue an electronic receipt.

色々なブランドのハットを被ってきましたが値段、着け心地共に素晴らしいと思います。サイズ調整が出来るので長時間使用しても疲れない、頭が痛くならないのはありがたいです。
また送料が無料なのに絶対に型崩れしない様に
工夫された丁寧な梱包に開封した時とても嬉しくなりました。また色違い型違いで購入したいと思います。 -

56.5cmですので57cmのMサイズを購入しました。少し大きいですが、サイズ調整アジャスターがあるためありがたくぴったりになります。これで風邪でも吹っ飛ばさないようになると思います（笑）
素材もいいですし、形もしっかりされています。
色だけはモニターに映ったのと少し違いますが、それだけでは通販の限界ですので納得しています。
これからどのように付き合うかが楽しみです。 -
