Q. Do the ear flaps stay in place securely? A. Yes. They fasten at the top and stay put during movement — keeping a clean silhouette without slipping down.
Q. Can it be worn in the middle of winter? A. The boa lining and padding provide solid insulation for everyday winter use — ideal for city walks and outdoor activities in cold weather.
Q. What if it gets wet in rain or snow? A. Please avoid heavy rain or prolonged exposure to moisture. If it does get wet, gently blot with a dry cloth, reshape, and leave to dry away from direct sunlight.

- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Japan Standard Time on business days are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on Japanese public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please contact us after placing your order.
We will be happy to issue an electronic receipt.
