Yes — size adjustment is available on many of our products. Items listed as having an "internal adjuster" can be reduced by approx. 2cm. Items with an external adjuster (such as caps) can be freely adjusted to your preferred fit.

If the size doesn't fit or the product isn't quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We cover the shipping cost for exchanges and re-delivery. 👉 Learn more

Cotton/fabric: Dissolve a mild detergent in lukewarm water, gently wipe with a soft cloth, blot dry with a towel, and leave to dry in the shade.
Wool/felt: Avoid water washing. Remove dirt with a brush or specialist cleaner.
Straw: Avoid water washing. Gently remove dust and dirt with a brush or dry cloth.
Leather: Wipe with a dry cloth and condition with leather cream to extend the life.
