Q. Can it be washed? A. We recommend gentle hand washing (press wash) to preserve the linen blend texture and prevent the shape from deforming. After washing, reshape and leave to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

- Can the size be adjusted?
Yes — size adjustment is available on many of our products. Items listed as having an "internal adjuster" can be reduced by approx. 2cm. Items with an external adjuster (such as caps) can be freely adjusted to your preferred fit.
- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?

- Can I return or exchange my order?

- How should I care for my hat?
Cotton/fabric: Dissolve a mild detergent in lukewarm water, gently wipe with a soft cloth, blot dry with a towel, and leave to dry in the shade.
Wool/felt: Avoid water washing. Remove dirt with a brush or specialist cleaner.
Straw: Avoid water washing. Gently remove dust and dirt with a brush or dry cloth.
Leather: Wipe with a dry cloth and condition with leather cream to extend the life.
