Q. Who does a short brim hat suit? A. It works particularly well for those with a smaller frame, or anyone who finds standard hat brims too voluminous. The face is framed clearly, making it an excellent match for glasses or sunglasses.
Q. How should it be cared for? A. As a wool product, please avoid water washing. For dust, use a soft clothing brush and brush gently in the direction of the fibres.
Q. Can it be worn in summer? A. Wool is best suited to autumn, winter, and spring. That said, many customers wear it as an accent piece indoors with air conditioning, or as a styling detail in spring and summer outfits.

- Can the size be adjusted?
Yes — size adjustment is available on many of our products. Items listed as having an "internal adjuster" can be reduced by approx. 2cm. Items with an external adjuster (such as caps) can be freely adjusted to your preferred fit.
- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?

- Can I return or exchange my order?

- How should I care for my hat?
Cotton/fabric: Dissolve a mild detergent in lukewarm water, gently wipe with a soft cloth, blot dry with a towel, and leave to dry in the shade.
Wool/felt: Avoid water washing. Remove dirt with a brush or specialist cleaner.
Straw: Avoid water washing. Gently remove dust and dirt with a brush or dry cloth.
Leather: Wipe with a dry cloth and condition with leather cream to extend the life.
