Q. Will it lose its shape if folded? A. The soft, resilient felt is designed to return to its original shape after light folding. Avoid sustained heavy compression, and reshape after wearing for best results.
Q. What if it gets wet in the rain? A. To preserve the feel of the wool felt, please avoid heavy rain or prolonged exposure to moisture. If it does get wet, reshape promptly and leave to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
Q. What should I do if it loses its shape? A. Place a pressing cloth over the hat and gently press with a medium-heat steam iron. The natural properties of wool make it easy to restore the original shape.
