- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Japan Standard Time on business days are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on Japanese public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

I thought I would try this hat as a change from my usual style, which is more of a hunting cap type. The large size fits me well, and I particularly like the hidden adjustment strap. The leather is fine and soft, though I could have wished for a little thicker and a little less shiny. However I have applied some mink oil which has taken the edge off the shine. I think it looks pretty cool, (shades of Peaky Blinders!) and am very happy with my purchase.

ラムレザーの柔らかさやきめ細かさが上品で、ドレスコードにも合いそうです。シルエットも良く全体のバランスが素晴らしいです。あえて言えば、内側のスベリの部分がペラペラで安っぽい感じがするかな。それ以外は問題なしです。この価格でこのクオリティーを実現するのは秀逸です！次はフェルトハットを試してみたいですね。
