- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Japan Standard Time on business days are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on Japanese public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please contact us after placing your order.
We will be happy to issue an electronic receipt.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on the laws and tax regulations of the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility.
The amount varies depending on the destination, product type, order value and local customs regulations, so ReqHatter is unable to provide an estimate in advance.
If any charges apply, the shipping carrier or local customs authority will contact you with payment instructions.
