The slightly wider approx. 7cm flat brim provides solid sun coverage while sharpening the clean cylindrical crown silhouette. A genuine leather chin strap adds a rugged accent against the natural woven body.

Q. Can it be used at the beach or camping? A. Yes — the chin strap keeps it secure in the wind, making it well-suited for outdoor use. As a natural material product, please take care to avoid getting it wet. If it does get wet, reshape and dry in the shade promptly.
Q. Are there any special care considerations for the sea grass material? A. As the hat is woven from natural grass, strong friction or impact may cause the fibres to break. When storing, avoid placing heavy objects on top and keep it in its natural shape.

- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Japan Standard Time on business days are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on Japanese public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please contact us after placing your order.

Req Hatterの帽子はこれで3つ目。わかってはいたけど今回もクオリティが半端ない。
どう考えても計算の合わない圧倒的なコストパフォーマンス、普通に1万は超えてないとおかしいってこれは！
シルエットも綺麗だし革紐がアクセントでとてもいい。
この帽子は7月の宮古島でかぶりたくて買ってみたので、それ以外でもかぶりまくる！夏が来るのが楽しみです。 -

夏らしくて、センスのいいプレゼントになりました。
ナチュラルな帽子が似合いそうな彼にプレゼントしたら、とても喜んでもらえました。
「軽くてかぶりやすいし、カタチも絶妙」と言って、さっそく休日にかぶってくれていました。
