Because it's simple, we prioritize balance.
Without relying on extra decorations, it looks stylish all on its silhouette when worn.
We created just such a flat hat.
The brim is a middle brim—neither too wide nor too narrow. Finished flat, it retains a classic feel while being easy to incorporate into your daily style.
The crown height is 10cm. Not too shallow, not too deep, it has a silhouette that sits naturally when worn.
It works with shirts and jackets, of course, and also complements casual styles like knits and sweats.
It doesn't stand out too much, yet instantly completes your look when worn.
This is a standard flat hat from ReqHatter that you can wear for years to come.

- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I try on your hats in person?
ReqHatter does not currently have a permanent retail store.
However, a selection of our products is available at selected hat stores and boutiques throughout Japan.

- What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, convenience store payment, PayPay, Paidy (pay later), Rakuten Pay, au PAY, d Payment, and AlipayHK.

- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by **2:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST)** on business days are generally shipped on the same day whenever possible.
Orders placed after **2:00 PM (JST)**, or on weekends or Japanese public holidays, will generally be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, and local carrier operations may cause delays.
- Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please contact us after placing your order.
We will be happy to issue an electronic receipt.

I accidentally reviewed the wrong hat...
I was looking for a beige hat with a nice atmosphere and found it.
It was great that my order arrived right away.
I put it on right away and noticed it was really baggy haha, but since it has Velcro size adjustment, I was able to adjust it to fit perfectly, resulting in the best possible wearing comfort.
I love hats and caps, so I’ve also started wanting bowlers and knit hats.
Only size L was left for the bowler, lol
It's a hat that you'll want to repurchase. -

I purchased the beige one. It has a nice shape, the felt texture is sturdy, and it is a high-quality item.
For the price, I think the texture is amazing.
When the size didn't fit at first, I asked to exchange it, and I was very impressed by how quickly and kindly they responded.
The re-sent item arrived quickly, and the size was perfect.

This is my third black felt hat, but it’s the first time I’ve had one with a flat brim. As expected, the silhouette is beautiful, and I really like it.
My head size is 55, but since it has an adjustable Velcro strap, it works perfectly with size M. -

I bought a flat-brim item at first, but...
It’s quite nice, easy to coordinate, and I really like it.
