- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I try on your hats in person?
ReqHatter does not currently have a permanent retail store.
However, a selection of our products is available at selected hat stores and boutiques throughout Japan.

- What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, convenience store payment, PayPay, Paidy (pay later), Rakuten Pay, au PAY, d Payment, and AlipayHK.
Please select your preferred payment method under "Payment" during checkout.
- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by **2:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST)** on business days are generally shipped on the same day whenever possible.
Orders placed after **2:00 PM (JST)**, or on weekends or Japanese public holidays, will generally be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, and local carrier operations may cause delays.
- Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please contact us after placing your order.
We will be happy to issue an electronic receipt.

I initially bought the camel-colored size M, but there was a minor defect.
However, after that, you offered a quick response, and I believe I had a very satisfying shopping experience.
Additionally, they graciously accommodated the size change from M to L.
Of course the product is very good, but I also appreciated that they addressed the issue sincerely, and I think this was a very good purchase.

This hat’s material is special, it’s very lightweight to wear, perfect for summer, the overall look is really nice, structured and has a great shape, the craftsmanship details are excellent.

I have an oval face, so I never thought caps or newsboy hats would suit me, so I’d given up on them. But when I bought the lambskin newsboy hat last time, the silhouette and texture were the best of anything I’ve ever worn, so I decided to take a chance and buy this one too, even though I wasn’t sure. Honest opinion… it was really great! I’ve worn a straw hat before, but with my face shape, it made me look very rustic, like it was just for farm work, so I gave up on those too, haha. This brim hat has the brim slightly curved up, and it casually pulls the whole look together perfectly. It’s probably a perfectly calculated balance, right? Even though it’s a hat, when you pair it with a shirt or something similar, it definitely makes you look like a stylish dad, no doubt about it.
I feel that Rec Hatter's products are made while excelling in cost performance, with careful attention to every detail aimed at enhancing the wearer's impression. Isn't this amazing corporate effort to achieve this quality at this price? Regardless, I'm excited for this summer! -

I bought this because I liked that the brim is a little large and curled upward.
The hat itself is extremely lightweight and has good breathability, so I am very satisfied with how comfortable it is to wear.
