- I'm not sure which size to choose — what should I do?
We recommend measuring your head circumference with a tape measure and checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
ReqHatter hats are designed with a slightly more relaxed fit than standard hats. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size closest to your actual head measurement rather than automatically sizing up.
Many styles also feature an adjustable inner band, allowing the size to be reduced by approximately 2 cm.

- Can I try on your hats in person?
ReqHatter does not currently have a permanent retail store.
However, a selection of our products is available at selected hat stores and boutiques throughout Japan.

- What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, convenience store payment, PayPay, Paidy (pay later), Rakuten Pay, au PAY, d Payment, and AlipayHK.
Please select your preferred payment method under "Payment" during checkout.
- Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the size does not fit or the product is not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the original tags are still attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For exchanges, ReqHatter covers the cost of one re-delivery.

- How will my order be packaged?
Hats are shipped in specially designed boxes to help protect their shape during transit.
Caps, hunting caps, knit hats and other items are individually packed using the most suitable packaging method for each product.
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by **2:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST)** on business days are generally shipped on the same day whenever possible.
Orders placed after **2:00 PM (JST)**, or on weekends or Japanese public holidays, will generally be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
For international orders, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, and local carrier operations may cause delays.
- Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please contact us after placing your order.
We will be happy to issue an electronic receipt.

I purchased the beige one. It had a great shape, the felt texture was sturdy, and it was a very nice, high-quality product.
I think the texture is surprisingly good given the price.
I was so touched when I requested a size exchange because the initial size didn't fit, and you responded very quickly and kindly.
The reshipped item I received also arrived quickly, and the size was a perfect fit.

This is the third black felt hat I’ve gotten, but it’s my first flat-brimmed hat. The silhouette is really beautiful, and I absolutely love it.
My head size is 55, but since this product features adjustable Velcro, a size M can be used without any issues. -

I have a few felt hats, but
I bought a flat-brimmed one first, but
It’s quite easy to match well, and I’m really pleased with it.
I bought the light beige one, but
I just placed an order for the black one as well.
Since I always wear a hat when I go out
You can have as many as you want.
The felt is also sturdy
Steam the brim
I use it adjusted to my preferred shape.
When it comes to light beige, sweat is a concern
There is a sponge seal on the inside, though
I’m using it by sticking it on, so a little sweat
