ReqHatter offers wholesale distribution of our original brand products to select shops, hat specialty stores, and other retailers in Japan and internationally.

We value long-term relationships with retail partners who share our appreciation for quality products and thoughtfully introduce ReqHatter to their customers.

International wholesale inquiries are welcome. Availability, order requirements, shipping costs, and other terms may vary depending on the destination country or region.

OEM / ODM Requests

To continue delivering better products under the ReqHatter brand, we are currently focused on improving product quality and establishing a stable supply system.

For this reason, we are prioritizing the planning and production of our own collections and are not currently accepting OEM or ODM requests.

How to Open a Wholesale Account

1. Contact Us

Please contact us through our inquiry form or by email.

To help us respond smoothly, please include the following information:

  • Company or store name

  • Contact person’s name

  • Store location and country

  • Telephone number

  • Website or social media account

  • Products you are interested in carrying

2. Wholesale Prices and Terms

After reviewing your inquiry, we will provide our wholesale price list and applicable terms.

For international accounts, minimum order requirements, shipping costs, payment methods, customs procedures, and other conditions will be provided separately.

3. Place Your Order

Once your wholesale account has been approved, orders can be placed through our dedicated wholesale order form.

4. Shipping

In-stock products can be shipped as early as the next business day after the order has been confirmed.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, and destination.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

5. Ongoing Support

We provide continued support for additional orders and share information about popular and recommended products.
