Customers registered with Shop Pay can pay using the following method.

1. Tap 'shop' on the checkout page

2. Enter the email address registered with Shop Pay, then tap 'Continue with shop'

3. Enter the 6-digit authentication code sent to your mobile number (SMS) or email to verify your identity

4. After confirming your shipping address, delivery method, and payment information, tap 'Pay Now' to complete your purchase

※ If you don't receive the authentication code, please try 'Receive code via email instead'.

※ To change your registered shipping address or payment information, tap each item to modify it.

 

 

If you prefer other payment methods

If you want to use another payment method, please try the following steps.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the Shop Pay payment page and tap 'Check out as guest'
2. Select another payment method
3. Complete payment

※ If the login screen or the 6-digit code input screen for Shop Pay authentication appears,
Close the 6-digit code input screen and log in by entering your email address and password.

 

 

If you're using Shop Pay for the first time

Customers using Shop Pay for the first time can register and pay using the following methods.

1. Tap 'Proceed to checkout' on the cart page
2. Tap 'shop' in the quick checkout section of the checkout page
3. Enter the email address to register with Shop Pay, then tap 'Continue with shop'
4. Enter your mobile phone number and tap 'Continue'
5. Enter the 6-digit authentication code sent to your mobile number (SMS) to verify your identity
6. Enter your shipping address
7. Enter your credit card details to use for payment
8. After confirming your shipping address, delivery method, and payment information, tap 'Pay Now' to complete your purchase

※ If you don't receive the authentication code, please try 'Receive code via email instead'.

※ The registered email address, shipping address, and credit card details can be used for future Shop Pay purchases.

✓ Why do I receive a 6-digit authentication code?

With Shop Pay, a 6-digit authentication code may be sent via SMS or email to verify your identity.

✓ I don't remember registering with Shop Pay

If you previously selected options like 'Save information for next purchase' at ReqHatter or another online store using Shopify, your information may be registered with Shop Pay.

✓ I want to change my registered address or email address

Shop Pay and ReqHatter customer accounts are separate services.

The address, phone number, credit card details, etc., registered with Shop Pay,Shop account screencan be changed from the Shop account screen.

Note: The email address for your Shop account cannot be changed. If you want to use a different email address, you will need to create a new account.

✓ Can I make a purchase without using Shop Pay?

Yes, you can make a purchase without using Shop Pay.

Proceed to the regular checkout page and select your preferred payment method from the 'Payment' options: credit card, PayPal, convenience store payment, PayPay, later payment (Paidy), Rakuten Pay, au PAY, d Payment, etc.

✓ I want to stop using Shop Pay

Stopping use of Shop Pay and deleting your Shop account are separate processes.
