Returns and Exchange Policy

To allow you to shop safely online, Reck Hatter Store accepts returns and exchanges under certain conditions for orders from within Japan and overseas.


■ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (domestic and international)

We will accept returns and exchanges if the following conditions are met:

  • If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The item is unused and has all tags and accessories attached

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item once.

  • We do not accept exchanges for other products.

Frequently asked questions:

  • I'm not sure if it will suit me, so I want to try it out.

  • The size was not right (tight, too big)

  • It was different from the image

■ Cases in which returns and exchanges cannot be accepted

  • More than 8 days have passed since the product arrived

  • Used, washed or repaired items

  • Items without tags or accessories

  • Products that have smells of perfume, tobacco, pets, etc.

  • Products that have become damaged or stained while in the customer's possession

  • Sale items, outlet items, and coupon items


■ About defective products and incorrect deliveries

If the product is defective or if you receive the wrong product by mistake, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and replacement shipping .


■ Refunds

Once the returned item arrives at our store, we will check its condition and then cancel and refund the order.
Details of the refund method will be sent to you by email after receipt.

  • The item was a sale, outlet, or discounted coupon item


■ For Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective or you received the wrong product,
we will fully cover return and reshipping costs. Please contact us promptly.


■ Refunds

Once the returned item arrives and is inspected,
we will proceed with cancellation and issue your refund.
