Regarding returns and exchanges at Rec Hatter Store

At the Rec Hatter store We want you to feel safe when shopping online, and we want you to be satisfied, so we accept returns and exchanges for purchased items.

In internet shopping,

・I want to try it, but I don't know if it suits me...

・After the product arrived, the size did not match and it was tight. …or large

・I'm worried about buying online in the first place because it might not be what I imagined.

For customers who The Rec Hatter Store accepts returns and exchanges, so please feel free to contact us.

 

Even if the exchange is due to the customer's convenience, the customer only pays for the shipping fee.

I would like to return or exchange the item because it is different from the image and the size does not fit.

Even in such cases, the customer will only be responsible for the cost of returning the product. We accept returns and exchanges.

We will be responsible for the shipping charges for new products.

There are several rules for returns and exchanges that customers must agree to.

We will only accept products for which you contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product .

At that time, we will limit the amount to unused items.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply.
・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
・Products that have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned
・Products with odor or damage (dirt or scratches) to the product or packaging at the customer's disposal
・Products with brand tags and other accessories removed・Sale items ・Outlet items ・Products using coupons

・Returns and exchanges are only available within Japan.

About refunds

After inspecting the arrived product, we will process the cancellation/refund.

*Information on how to receive a refund will be sent via email after the application is submitted.

About exchange

After inspecting the arrived product, we will ship the replacement product.

*However, it cannot be exchanged for another product.

Regarding defective products and incorrect delivery

We will pay for returns due to defects on our part, such as defective products or incorrect delivery.
