Domestic Shipping

Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥350 nationwide.
Free shipping is available on orders of ¥5,000 or more.

Orders are shipped using a shipping method designated by ReqHatter.

Estimated delivery: 1–3 days after shipment

※ Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas may take longer than usual.
※ Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, or circumstances affecting the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping fees and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region.

All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking.

Taiwan / Hong Kong / South Korea / Singapore

  • Shipping fee: ¥1,000

  • Free shipping on orders of ¥15,000 or more

  • Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days

Oceania

  • Shipping fee: ¥2,000

  • Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 or more

Europe

※ Amounts displayed in local currencies may vary depending on exchange-rate fluctuations. The final shipping fee, free-shipping threshold, and order total displayed at checkout will apply.

■ Shipping Damage

Every order is carefully inspected and packed before shipment. However, minor scratches or dents to the outer packaging may occur during transit.

If the product itself arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs showing the condition of the item.

We will review the details and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Minor scratches, dents, or other damage to the outer packaging that do not affect the product itself may not be eligible for a return.

■ Undeliverable Packages Due to Extended Absence or Incorrect Address

If your order cannot be delivered due to an extended absence, incorrect or incomplete address, or similar circumstances and is returned to ReqHatter, the order will be canceled.

In such cases, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs incurred for both the original shipment and the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order, including the street number, building name, apartment or unit number, and any other necessary details.

■ Reshipping Returned Packages

As a general rule, we do not reship orders that have been returned to ReqHatter due to an extended absence, incorrect address, or incomplete address.

If you would still like to purchase the item, please confirm your correct shipping address and place a new order through our online store.

■ Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For orders delivered within Japan, returns and exchanges are available subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

For international orders, returns are accepted, but exchanges are not available, including exchanges for a different size or color.

If you would like a different size or color for an international order, please return the original item and place a new order through our online store.
